He'll then reboot your machine and that's it! Once the technician remotely accesses your machine, you can either watch while the virus is removed or come back when the work is done. It's up to you.
What is Remote Assistance technology?
Remote Assistance technology allows our technician to access your machine over a secure Internet connection. You will be prompted by the technician to 'agree' to have him/her remotely access your machine. However, you still have full control of your mouse and your screen, and you can disconnect the connection at any time. It's very cool - you can sit in the comfort of your home or office and let us do all of the work for you.
Can I use this service on more than one machine?
If you purchase a one-time fix from an Advanced Tech Support, this service is eligible for just one machine. You will receive a 7-day service guarantee once the virus is completely removed! How long does a service take?
It depends on how complex the problem is on your machine as each service time varies depending on the problem that needs resolution.
